How can you do it?
The “Ecological Manifesto – ManEco” Foundation has experience in training over 2,000 people through the Climate Fresk workshop – an innovative approach designed to explain the scientific knowledge explaining the causes of climate change and to empower everyone to take action. The organization works with partner organizations and private facilitators, with the help of whom it has organized more than 150 events for over 2,000 people (sometimes for 70 people at once). The Climate Fresk workshop is a team game with 42 cards, each of which explains a factor in climate change. The fresk consists of four parts – a team card game (with information from IPCC), a presentation on the topic of climate change, a discussion and brainstorming of ideas for dealing with the consequences of climate change. Thanks to the game, participants go through a fascinating process that helps them discover the connection between the causes and consequences related to climate change, to explain all the geophysical and social consequences that occur, and are encouraged to look for possible solutions to get out of the crisis that has arisen. The duration of each game is 3 hours. There is a card version for children up to 9 years old as well.
The goal of the French association Climate Fresk was to train 1 million people around the world, which happened in 2023, and for Bulgaria the goal is 10,000 people. Only through its project at the National Trust Ecofund, the ManEco Foundation managed to train 1,315 people from all over the country for free, but to achieve the goal of 10,000 people, more work is needed, which you can help with! With your help, we will be able to continue working with young people, for whom we will provide the fresk for free in the future!

Вихрен вижда за първи път концепцията за Климатична фреска по време на конференцията на ООН за климата COP25 в Мадрид, 2019 г. Тогава той е част от програмата Youth4NDCs, под патронажа на Патрисия Еспиноса, генерален секретар на Рамковата конвенция на ООН по изменение на климата (United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, UNFCCC).

има завършена магистратура по „Метеорология“ във Физическия факултет на СУ „Св. Климент Охридски“. Магистърската му теза е на тема „Климатични индекси – анализ на климата над Югоизточна Европа в близкото минало и настоящето“. В момента следва магистратура специалност “Интегрирани науки за климатичната система” в университета в Хамбург в Германия. Работи в екологично сдружение „За Земята“ като експерт и координатор, а също така е и автор в платформата “Климатека”.
